A warm welcome upon arrival, then a quick tour of the apartment so you know where everything is + a tour of the grounds if you are up to it and a complimentary tour of the local area and a trip to the shops for supplies ( again if you are up to it. ) This page should give you a good idea as to what is in the apartment, if you have any questions please feel free to send in an inquiry and ask away. Our goal when setting up the apartments was to provide our guests with a great place to stay at affordable rates. Accommodation that offered our guests everything they could possibly need / want whilst staying in a self catering apartment. ( Essentially a home away from home. ) So far our reviews tell us we are doing a good job. We have tried to make the apartments as child friendly as possible with rounded edges on the dining table, coffee table, kitchen counters etc etc. If there is something you need that's not in the apartment, no problem we live on site and can most likely help out. P.s we can also assist with, vans & drivers, tours & airport transfers. All at discounted rates.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything you should need. Pots, pans, woks, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, cutlery / crockery, chopping boards, can & bottle openers, tupperware + plastic dinner sets for the little ones. You can drink the water in the apartment. The condo has a very good filtration system.
Bathrooms
Hot & cold running water. Shampoo & Body wash + soft soap & toilet paper all supplied.

32" LCD flat screen TV, A media centre with 1 TB hard drive containing over 250 movies in four different categories. Satellite TV, Computer & desk with broadband wifi. Adaptors for charging your phones, tablets etc etc. Air-con & ceiling fan. 2 sofas, lge 8 seater dining table. Locking sliding door to balcony.
Bedrooms
Quality Mattresses for a great nights sleep, Bath towels, linen, hair dryer for the ladies, Air-con, floor to ceiling curtains, floor to ceiling wardrobes with plenty of hangers, shelves & drawers. A book box is in the master bedroom.
Laundry
Top loading washing machine. Retracting clothes line from the ceiling, with hangers & pegs. Iron & ironing board. Mop, broom, vacuum cleaner. Leads to store room where the luggage can be stored.
Welcome Booklet
All guests receive a complimentary welcome booklet that covers the condo facilities & amenities and the local area. Included are city transport maps along with detailed instructions on how to get to and back from most of K.L's tourist attractions.
