   *  A minimum stay of two nights is required, (or by arrangement).
   
   *  A maximum of 6 guests per night (unless by arrangement.) Above 6 guests RM 30.00 per
      person per night
   
   *  Free airport pickup for stays of 4 nights or more.   ( Value RM 140.00 )
    

2. *  Housekeeping is provided.
   
   *  Rates are valid to December 2008
   
   *  A computer with broadband internet access is supplied free of charge.

   *  A mobile phone is available to you. A RM 200.00 refundable deposit is required and you will  
      need to purchase a local phone card.
   
   *  A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required to secure the apartment.

5. *  Check in time is after 3 pm. Checkout time is before 11.00a.m on the day of departure. Other  
      times available by prior arrangement.
   
   *  Smoking is not permitted inside.
   
   *  We regret family pets and animals are not invited.
   
   *  We recommend you arrange travel insurance for your vacation.
   
   *  Junesapartment.com accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or
       their property.
   
   *  junesapartment.com endeavors to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order,
      in the event of any malfunction, we  strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
   
   * Please note we live on the same floor as the vacation apartment, our service is very personal and hands 
     on, you can see as much of us you like or as little as you like. Our goal is to ensure you have a great
     vacation, we are therefore available if you need us and invisible if not.
     Any facilities and or amenities not working properly and reported to us will usually be fixed  or replaced
     immediately
