Roti Pisang ) Roti is a favourite breakfast in Malaysia it is simple and tasty. Roti is made by combining wheat flour, oil, ghee or butter and rolling it up into a ball shape. It is then swung into the air until it takes a flat oval shape. Once flat any extras are added and the roti is folded over so the ingredients are cooked within the roti as it is fried on a hot iron plate.    Click Picture
