The Apartment: At 1535 sq ft has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms a full kitchen, a laundry & tons of space for you to enjoy.

Your vacation apartment has all the comforts of home thus allowing you to enjoy your Malaysian / Kuala Lumpur holiday to the max. With great views, superior facilities and amenities you are sure to enjoy our lake and garden front retreat. ( Designed to take advantage of the views & cool evening breeze.)

On each floor there are only six apartments, all being  corner units, with their own private entrance and your  vacation apartment has no adjoining walls with the next  unit, thus you can rest assured of a peaceful stay and a great nights sleep..

The open plan living / dining room has plenty of space for all the family, with a surround sound home theatre system, satellite TV, DVD & CD player, AM FM radio, kids games, DVD collection including kids movies, and wi fi internet.

The master bedroom is spacious and well appointed, with a beautifully crafted solid timber king sized bed, a top quality mattress and great pillows thus assuring you of an excellent nights sleep, the room has floor to ceiling robes with plenty of hangers, a floor to ceiling mirror , bed side tables with lamps,  computer with desk and free broad band internet access, built in safe and ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a solid timber bed, with bed -  side table and lamp, super comfy mattress, air-con and floor to ceiling robes, whilst bedroom number 3 has two sets of double bunks, air con and floor to ceiling robes, thus allowing us to sleep up to 8 guests in comfort.

I am 6 ft 2" inches tall and can fit into the bunk beds no problem so even the tall teens should be very comfortable, the mattresses are the best quality and give a great nights sleep to adults and young alike.
 

NO OF GUESTS: The apartment has been set up to sleep up to 8 guests in comfort, with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd and two sets of dble bunks in the 3rd. All rooms have air-con & built in robes. The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan. ( our rates have been calculated to give you a great place to stay at a great rate.)  ( If you are not using all the bedrooms you do not pay for them.)

KID FRIENDLY: If you have kids you will appreciate that the apartment is kid friendly with no sharp corners and minimal obstacles for them to avoid.

BATHROOMS: = 3 No need to worry about sharing, you are well look after here, your bathrooms come complete with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand wash and bathroom sets for your own personal make up accessories, tooth brushes etc. 

FACILITIES & AMENITIES:   
BBQ pit, 5 themed gardens, 3 swimming pools (family, lap & kids) maze garden, large open lawn area beside the pools, tennis, squash & basketball courts, gymnasium, 2 covered car parks provided, 2 large balconies with fantastic views.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, gas hobs, toaster, rice cooker, coffee plunger +  all the cutlery, crockery, pots, pans & woks etc required to cook up a storm.

Home theatre system with 29" flat screen TV, cable TV, a huge selection of DVD movies to choose from including kids shows. Comfortable leather lounge suites. Computer with internet access. Laundry with washing machine, iron & ironing board.
Linen, duva's, towels shampoo's, soaps, etc etc supplied

Private 35 acre park with lakes, ducks, jogging and walking paths, picnic areas, camping grounds, hanging garden & maze garden all with 24/7 security.

SECURITY: Very good with swipe card access only to the building, panic buttons (for emergencies) in the master bedroom & the living room, intercom to guard house, CCTV & infra red perimeter fencing.

CLEANING of the apartment is scheduled into your stay and extra maid service is available should you require.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Located on-site ( a 5 minute walk from the apartment ) we have the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center. K.L's premier destinations for live theatre, actors work shops, music and drama lessons. (klpac.com). The Sentul Koi centre, where they bread and rear Japanese Koi fish for sale and competition. Some of these fish have won world titles and are valued at over RM 500,000.00
There is also a Japanese Restaurant called Yuritei, (Which means playful Koi) and a cafe in the K.L pac building.
The park itself is another attraction, with giant swings, walking & jogging tracks, lakes and ponds ( with ducks, turtles & fish tto feed ) lovely gardens & more, affording you the opportunity to take romantic evening walks, family picnics & spend quality time together.
