in your apartment. You really went beyond our expectations to
make us feel welcome & comfortable. It was such a different
experience to our past visits to K.L we were amazed by the
gardens, the pools, the ducks and the friendly atmosphere of the
complex & the views! We are very satisfied with the dentist

apartment / condo
has
been tastefully set up with comfort and functionality in mind
and is family / child friendly with lots of rounded edges from the
rounded coffee table to the solid timber beds and the rounded
corners on the eight seater dining
table. Our apartment is great for the family,
friends travelling together or the business executive looking
for somewhere the family can stay
when need be.

is for anyone who wants to stay at June's apartment.
We arrived 11 April and are still here until 20 April. The
apartment is fantastic, so clean, so spacious. (

Bedding:
With
a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom
and two single beds in the third we are equipped to sleep 6
guests in comfort. ( 2 more single beds can be added
boosting our capacity to 8 guests. )
Our focus
has
been on providing you with the best place to stay in K.L with
attention to detail on the things that really
matter, such as quality mattresses for a great nights sleep.
Cleanliness
with
the apartment being thoroughly cleaned from
top to bottom every
4-5 days and any scuff marks being removed before your visit so
the apartment looks new for each and
every guest. We pride
ourselves with our pictures being up to date, thus what you see
is what you get, unlike some
properties where the pictures were
taken some 10 -15 yrs earlier.
Quality appliances
that
work and if by chance something
stops working, we live on site
and generally can replace or repair straight away.

The recreational area:
below provides you with some of the best facilities and
amenities + ambiance in K.L. On this level
there are 5 themed
gardens ( maze, hanging, meditative, water + herb and spice ) 3
swimming pools ( lap, family & kids )
changing rooms with
toilets & showers, the gymnasium,
two function rooms, a tai chi area + a BBQ pit. On one
side of the
lap pool there are deck chairs and beside the 1st ,
2nd and 3rd deck chairs are lie down Jacuzzis, on the opposite
side are
5 lge mattresses where you can relax under the shade of
hanging gardens whilst enjoying the stunning park views back
drop.

Getting
About:
Couldn't be easier, you can catch a cab into the city [
approx 6 - 10 ringgit ] take a leisurely stroll through the park
to the train, or hop on a bus. Our central location makes it
easy to get into the city centre and out to all the major
suburban shopping centers & K.L's tourist attractions.
For
the dates and rates
for your stay why not make an enquiry now. We take into account
that there may not be enough people in your group to fill a 3
bedroom apartment but you would still like to stay with us.
Accordingly our rates are worked out by the number of nights
stayed ( giving discounts based on length of stay ) and the
number of occupants ( rooms used ) in the apartment thus giving
you the best rate for your stay.

We have had a wonderful stay, the grounds are amazing. The kids
loved the all the pools and the maze. I planned on using the
gym, but nah - I'm on holiday ( got plennty of exercise from
shopping). Thanks peter & june for all your help and we are
going to miss the views. Our family & friends that live here,
just had to look in the apartment and were really impressed,

Excellent apartment, well suited for families, great location,
easy to get to anywhere, was above expectations. We were so
comfortable with the hosts that we were happy for for June to
baby sit our 2 girls while we went out one night.

Thanks, Peter, June & Jordan. A wonderful happy & memorable
holiday, we loved the apartment & the park - a great place
to retreat to after the hussle & bussle of this fantastic
city. Peter your willingness to to assist in so many ways

This is for
anyone who wants to stay at June's apartment.
We arrived 11 April and are still here until 20 April. The
apartment is fantastic, so clean, so spacious.
The baby pool is approx 30cms depth the lap pool is 1.3m
depth, the other pool is 1.2m depth, The pools are about 10
metres away from each other. If you want to go grocery
shopping Peter will take you there, but it best to have a
shopping list prepared and he helps you pick the groceries
if unsure.
The walk to Mutiara shopping centre is about 10 min with
kids, but without kids you can do it in about 3 min. They
have a pizza hut and many little eating places. It's not a
huge shopping plaza, but for eating it's closest to the
apartment.
When we caught taxi to
Bukit Bintang,
it has cost approx 9myr. From Bukit Bintang back to
apartment they like to charge you 40myr. We just keep asking
until we get a metered taxi. Although if going back around
peak times 4pm onwards you may not have a choice but to use
them for a set fee. We did that once for 20myr.The ride
takes about 10 min. From Chinatown to apartment ride
is about 10min and cost us 6.90myr. Apartment to
Midvalley Mega Mall was 10myr, paid set fee of 20myr going
back.Trip 15 min Apartment to 1 Utama was 11.00 myr
and this included 1myr for toll.Trip 20 min
Bring some old towels that you can use for the swimming
pool, because you don't want to use the ones you use in the
shower. You are given 2 sets of towels, it depends on how
often you want to wash them (washing machine is near the
kitchen). It can take time for clothes to dry especially if
it has been raining. Washing powder is provided. If
you are in the apartment next to Peter's (floor 13 room 7)
there is a body wash/shampoo conditioner dispenser on the
wall.
Also the water in the kitchen has a filter on it, so you can
drink that water. We did still buy some water bottles, but I
have drank from the tap in kitchen and I'm still ok.
There are little pieces of paper with info for the taxi
driver on how to get to apartment, should you have any
problems and also peter's mobile number. I am leaving a
stroller and a floaty vest (suited for 1.5 to 3.5 year old)
with peter, so if you need to use it ask him. His other
guests used the stroller peter had at Genting, but it got
taken when they went on the rides. We found taxi
driver the 1st day and we were happy with him, so we used
him a few times. He took us from apartment to Genting for
80myr and also picked us up from there the next day for same
price. Tomorrow we'll use him for airport as we don't
have too many bags for 90myr. Back to
