June's Apartment is located at The Maple Condominium, an exclusive development located 5 minutes from the city centre and 5 km from the Petronas Twin Towers. Situated in a residential area we have the best of both worlds. This is resort living without having to be away from all that the city has to offer, walk to the local shopping centre, markets, banks, restaurants, hawker stalls and public transport.
Getting about couldn't be easier, you can catch a cab into the city [approx 6 - 10 ringgit], take a leisurely stroll through the park to the train, or hop on a bus. Our central location makes it easy to get into the city centre and out to all the major suburban shopping centers.

The apartment design.

The Condominium is a modern architect designed building, from the impressive entrance, to the landscaping, through to the floor to ceiling windows in every room, the apartments have been designed to take advantage of the views, light and breeze.

The living area has ranch slider doors that lead out to a spacious 14 ft x 7 ft balcony that overlooks the 35 acre park, the Kuala Lumpur performing arts centre and the Sentul West Koi Centre, whilst the balcony off the master bedroom [12 ft x7 ft] overlooks the common area with all the recreational facilities i.e. swimming pools, kids activity centre, maze garden etc and also has park views.

With double glazed windows , brick, concrete and cement walls the apartments are surprisingly cool even on the hottest days, and when the evening breeze kicks in it's pure bliss.
